<p><em>Tapi beneran, lho.</em>.. , inilah yang ditunggu-tunggu insan pecinta balap di tanah air, yakni ada pembalap Indonesia yang bertaji di kancah balap motor prototipe dunia.</p>
<p>Dan di tahun 2026, bertepatan dengan momen hari raya Idhul Fitri 2026, Veda Ega Pratama seorang pembalap muda (17 tahun) asal Wonosari Yogyakarta berhasil meraih podium 3 di ajang balap Moto3 2026 seri ke-2 di Brazil .</p>

<p>Veda adalah putra dari pembalap nasional kita di era 90 -an mas Momon Sudarmono (bagi yang belum tahu siapa beliau silahkan</p>
<p>sendiri ð).</p>
<p>Dan Veda adalah juga anak didik Astra Honda Racing School. Ia mengarungi kancah balap tanah air dan sukses di Asia Tenggara bersama Astra Honda Racing Team hingga melanglang buana ke Eropa di ajang Junior GP adalah Support dari Astra Honda.</p>
<p>Jadi sudah sepantasnya ia saat ini di Moto3 membela <strong><em>Honda Team Asia</em></strong>. Mengapa saya menyatakan ini ?</p>

<p>Karena pasca Veda naik kelas ke Moto3 dari Junior GP di akhir tahun 2025, banyak komentator sosmed dari Indonesia yang berharap Veda memilih team selain Honda karena mereka skeptis dengan performa motor Honda. Tapi saya secara pribadi membalas komentar mereka dengan pernyataan diatas, yang intinya Veda tidak akan kemana-mana, dia akan tetap di Honda dan Honda juga tidak akan melepaskan Veda.
